To place order with a check or money order:

Please write down all pertinent information concerning the items you wish to order and mail it to us at the address below.  Also be sure to include the following when mailing in your order:  Catalog # (if provided or description of item), Quantity, Total Cost (including shipping), Name, Address, Zip Code, Phone Number and Shipping Address   (if different from mailing address). Be sure to enclose your check or money order for the total cost of the items. You may also send in requests via our fax number (see Contact Us) or email us with all pertinent information.
